Trends at my University
At URBE, the students are in fashion. They like to wear color pants, converse, crocs. Women also like the color in their heels. Also the smartphones, like the blackberry, are very useful for the students.
My Family
My Family
The majority of the the families in Venezuela are traditional. My family is one of them.
The majority of my family lives in Maracaibo. One part of my father´s relative live in Italia and USA.
My family is hard working, both men and women. They are very sociable and one-fifth are very close.
More than a half of the women of my family are married with children. Most of the men of my family work on business.
Real Life Haunting
One day when I was happily at home alone a parcel was left at the door I quickly opened it and
there was a box. Inside there were puzzle pieces. I didn't think much of it and left it at
that. Later that night when I was in bed calmaly and I clearly heard noises outside my window. Scared, I
decided to solve that strange puzzle to keep my
mind off of the spooky noises. As I was putting it together I realized that the puzzle was
of my bed room scared and yet nervous I continued to solve the puzzle. Until I noticed
that I was in the puzzle solving a puzzle and that there was a tall dark man outside my
window holding a knife!! Totally freaked
and dazed I looked slowly up at my window and there he was the man from the puzzle looking
at me!! I screamed as loud as I could and ran into the lounge and tried to tell mum what
had happened. She completely ignored me like I was invisible or something. That was when I
realized she COULDN'T see me. Horrified I ran outside only to feel a sharp pain
right in my back I turned expecting the man from the puzzle. As soon as our eyes
met.........I woke up!
Robbery at the Jewelry
"Galerías Mall robbers went to the movies first and then practiced theft millionaire"
With long arms, a group composed of command between 7 and 20 men robbed several stores in the Mall Galerías shopping center in Maracaibo, after subjecting the seven guards of the place.
This was reported 171 and Cicpc officials.
The incident occurred Thursday in the early morning hours. Offenders broke into the ATM Banesco and BOD, and took several pieces of jewelry Continental. "They tied them up and then went to steal clothes, appliances, jewelry and ATMs," officials asserted 171.
Members of the mall went to the facility to know what happened. A commission of Cicpc is in the mall to initiate investigations and determine the owners of shops and banks the amount of money stolen.

My opinion is...
It´s likely there be an accomplice.
I doubt they recover the lost.
I bet that they catch the accomplices.
It doesn´t seem possible that there is so much insecurity in a mall.
It´s unlikely to be resolved quickly.
There´s a good chance that the guards recognize the thieves.
Crime Story
In a quick day at the Banesco bank from 5 de julio at
3pm. An assault took place where the thief almost scape. But thanks to the Cicpc the
robbery was foiled, so they captured and arrested a criminal and then they questioned him.
He confessed his crime, what made him go
to sabaneta
prison. But in a stormy night the thief escaped and nobody Knows his
whereabouts.
The End!

People in my life....
María's parents are doctors. María's best friend is Joel.
Augusto's parents are in business. Augusto's best friend is Andres.
Augusto has girlfriend. María is looking for a boyfriend.
They are my colleagues.
My favorite plate
I like arabian food. My favorite is the Shawarma. The Shawarma is a Levantine
Arab meat preparation, where lamb, goat, chicken, turkey, beef, or mixed meats are placed on a spit (commonly a vertical spit in restaurants), and may be grilled for as
long as a day. Shavings are cut off the block of meat for serving, and the
remainder of the block of meat is kept heated on the rotating spit. Although it
can be served in shavings on a plate (generally with accompaniments),
"shawarma" also refers to a pita bread sandwich or wrap made with shawarma meat. Shawarma is eaten with tabbouleh, fattoush, taboon bread, tomato, and cucumber.
I
like this plate because is delicious, it has a different flavor and
smell and also it's bland. On the other hand I like very much eat
vegetables. I eat shawarma with little sauce. I think Shawarma is more
healthy than an hamburguer. It is more delicious.
Restaurants in Maracaibo
Restaurant Da Silva and Rancho Palmira are two of grill restaurants in Maracaibo. Restaurant Da Silva serve more delicious food than Rancho Palmira. The prices at Da Silva are more expensive than the Rancho Palmira restaurant.
Both of them are located in town. The waiters at Da Silva are more polite than the Rancho Palmira restaurant.
I think Da Silva is the best grill restaurant.
Why don't we....
Peter: Where do you want to go for lunch?
Mary: I don't know. Why don't we go to Da Vinci Restaurant?
Peter: Pasta again? I don't like their pasta because It's too salty.
Mary: You're right. It's saltier than the pasta at Sicilia Restaurant.
Peter: Well, I still want to go out. How about the Arabian Restaurant downtown?
Comparing Food
The natural juices are healthy than the sodas.
The Lollipops are sweeter than the Doritos.
The potato chips more oily than the pop corn.
The fish is blander than the meat.
The Crackers are more crispy than the bread.
The Orange is juicier than the apple.
The lima is more sour than the orange.
Pop corn is saltier than the cracker.
Talking about my childhood....
I studied Elementary School at E.B.P. Santa Lucía. I started there when I was 5 years old. My teacher was called Marelys. She was very sweet with all the children. When I was at the school, I liked coloring a lot and also liked to play with my friends. At the school there was a park and I enjoyed very much to play at that park.
I studied there until 6th grade. I met a lot of friends there. I love the carnival there because I dressed some customs such as: arabic, pirate, dancer, clown. We made Carnival Caravan. I had some fun because I ate candies with my friends and we shared our candies with all the people. The teachers choose the best caravan, one year my caravan won the prize.
I really liked very much my education at that school because I met great friends and continue in touch with them. It was funny.
